What are we looking for?

We are looking for a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to join a high-impact digital project. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming digital strategies, directly influencing campaign effectiveness and driving measurable business growth. If you have experience in automation and digital, this is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, results-oriented environment with a real impact on the business.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in HubSpot automation tools
• Creation of workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation
• Integration with marketing platforms
• Experience in inbound marketing
• Data analysis and reporting
• Strategic vision, autonomy, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in similar projects
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• HubSpot certifications (desirable)
• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize workflows and automation processes
• Define lead nurturing and scoring strategies
• Analyze metrics, KPIs, and campaign results
• Ensure best practices and scalability of automations
• Work closely with marketing and stakeholders.

Working Model:

• Lisbon | Office-based (at least 4 days per week).
